How to put store on vacation when store plan no longer exists?

Dear Team

We would like to close our store and put it on vacation mode.

However when we go to do this a notice pops up and says our store plan is no longer available AND if we put the store on vacation mode, the store will no longer be available. And the plan will not be available - shop closed!

So what do we do to put the shop on hold?

We look forward to hearing from Shopify asap.

I definitely understand your concern and the best next step is to reach out to our authenticated support channels for assistance in reviewing your current plan and what the features/benefits are of our new plan offerings. It could be a small change and a benefit for you to switch, or the value of your current plan may be better to keep it as is and just put up the password page for the business downtime.
