How to put SVG file as header logo on Craft theme?

Hello, I need help adding an SVG file as the header logo. I have searched online but couldn’t find specific instructions for the Craft theme. If anyone can assist me with this, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you!

@Kimwaxler simply adding the logo from theme settings > logo works

I can’t upload SVG file

I add SVG file in Assets. I need to know how to add it as header logo for craft theme.

I have tested it works, try latest version

Thank you for help. I just updated to craft 15.2.0 version. still fail to upload.
