How to put text and price in product hover

I don’t like this is there a possibility to put the text and price in the product like a hover? Like this:

and darken the products that are sold out so that it is clearly visible that the products are sold out? Like this:

Possible but not without customizing the theme so I suggest reach to a developer and share the requirement for quote.
