I have a Shopify webshop build in Kalle theme. In relation to SEO, I would like to add text at the bottom of the category pages (above the footer). Does anyone know how I can do that?

In the theme editor, locate and click on the “Sections” folder.

Look for the “collection-template.liquid” file and click on it to open it for editing.

Scroll down until you find the closing
</main>tag, which marks the end of the main content section. -
Just above the closing
</main>tag, add your desired text using HTML markup. For example, you can add a paragraph tag with your text:
This is the additional text you want to display at the bottom of the category pages.

I tried several times, but I can´t make it work unfortunately
When you tried to add the code, what happened?
My problem is, that I can´t find “collection-template.liquid” in the sections folder. I can find “collection.json” “Collection.politiken.json” and “collection.sub.json”?

Can you take a screenshot of your sections folder? It might make it easier to see what you file names are.

You don’t want to edit the .json files. Can you close this folder up, and go to the Sections folder? You’ll want to look for a folder titled collection-template.liquid.

The closest I get is list-collections-template.liquid. Could it be the right one?
