Hello. I am finishing up my website for its launch next month and had a question in regards to the way my product pages look. I downloaded the Products by Bold app to customize the items my customers can add to their selected product. When it integrated with my website, I noticed that those items appear at the top and then my description appears under. How do I get to change this so that my description appears first and then the item selections.
Also, I notice that when I click on an item to add, it does not change the total price, rather it shows up as additional price at the bottom of my page. Here is an example: My 8x8 scrapbook is $14.99. To add embellishments, it costs an extra $10.00. When I click on it the total price which is $14.99 does not change to $24.99. It stays at $14.99 and at the bottom of the page it says additional cost: $10.00. I want them to integrate so that the total price changes. I think this is an issue with the Bold app. If I add those additional items to my products page it will definitely change the total pricing; however, I do not like the format that the products page has; Example: it will add the product and ALL of the additional items in one!

About the description, I think you will need to know a bit of coding skill to change the description from below the form (where the app append additional content to) to above the form.
About the total price, I checked on the demo product of the Bold app and it still worked.
The price changed after I select the additional option.

The link you provided on how the total price changes once you click on the options is exactly what I want on my page; however it doesn’t do this. I will attach my file with pictures.
You didn’t send the access password so I can’t view your store.
I think you can contact Bold app support for help since you are using their app and they have to support you with that.
The reason I can think:
- There are 2 places showing price so the script from bold only change the last one instead of changing both
Where do I locate the access password for you?
You can find the pass word from Admin - Online Store - Preferences.
But as I said, this is an issue that required time to check on the code, not a quick question that can be solved in here, you should ask Bold app for support or hire a developer to check it for you.
