How to recover from account hacking and frozen payouts?

can’t even begin to express how awful your customer service and finance department is! My account was hacked with someone who deposited over $4,000 into my account. Shopify froze my account, including all incoming payouts I had coming to me. I have not received a single cent for all income from purchases made on my account and this has been going on for over two months! I can not speak to a human and have been getting nothing but the run around with emails saying the finance department is working on it. Meanwhile my online store may go out of business from the lack of income, which means I will lose my livelihood, not be able to pay my mortgage and will be unemployed. I have explained this in the ridiculous amount of emails saying the same response from them, but they don’t care. This has caused so much stress to me personally and professionally, I am a nervous wreck knowing that my business is going under and there is absolutely nothing I can do. Has anyone had this issue?? I am in desperate need of help and I can guarantee Shopify will respond to this with some bull crap message.
