Since it is an 404 error page, the first thing you need to do is to locate the original URL and have a test on the browser if indeed shows 404, then make a 404 redirection specifically on your end.
From Shopify admin page, you can make 404 redirection from Content-Menu-URL redirects directly or use some redirection tool like this one to do this work for you.
A kind reminder here Jim and you can take any methods you want to resolve this issue. Don’t forget to make a test under incognito mode page either after finishing the redirection. Thank you!
