How to redirect a 404 error page to my domain on an ecommerce platform?

I setup a page link with my domain name before deciding to use Shopify. The URL is on all my print materials. The link goes to a 404 page. I guess that’s because Shopify adds extra words like ‘page’ or ‘collections’ etc. I need a work around because I can’t change the lik on the printed materials. Seems to me that there should be a way to do a redirect from the 404 page to a page on my site. My domain name is Ventreelife.com The URL I want to add to the site is Recipes – VentreeLife Natural Organics

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Try to take a look here.

Online store → navigation → in top of the page click ‘URL redirects’ → then try to make a redirect and see if it helps on the problem you have.
