How to reduce image size on the home page using the dawn theme?

Greetings,

I’m currently using the dawn theme and would like to reduce the size of the images to roughly half the screen size in the “featured collection” on the home page for the desktop. There doesn’t seem to be an image size slider in the settings. Is there another option?
