We are integrating simple and matrix items into Shopify from NetSuite. During this process, when the two flows are running simultaneously, unfortunately, the variants in Shopify for the parent item got deleted. What could be the reason for this?
I am on a tight schedule here and would appreciate a prompt assistance. Thanks in advance friends. Apologies for retrying same message- missed selecting the labels before posting.
