I have a free shipping discount that is auto-applying itself at check out that I can not find to remove it. It is not in the discount drop-down. Any ideas where else to look?

I understand you are providing free shipping and want to cancel that. Is it possible you created a free flat rate shipping rate under your Shipping Settings? If so, you will simply want to adjust that rate to add the desired to charge.
Another potential cause would be a discount app. It’s possible you have a discount app that is running and you have yet to disable it. To check, head to the Apps section of your Shopify Admin and look for any discount applications.
In the meantime, can you tell me more about your business? Free shipping might be worth keeping as it’s a great promotional tool. This is as long as your products are priced high enough to cover the cost of shipping.
