I just uninstalled the Product Reviews app after receiving the email that it will no longer be available from May onwards. Ive deleted the app, but still have the reviews tab from the app on my product page with the link for people to leave a review. How do i get rid of the tab that says review and the link that says write a review? I’ve already installed a new product reviews app and no longer want this old tab and old link.

Have you checked the application list in settings> Apps and sales channels
If the applications is not there and you are still facing the issue navigate to
Online Stores> Themes> Customize
Now from the toggle menu go to product page and find the section and remove it
