I have recently had a pop-up on my Turbo theme which I cannot exit off, the pop-up which has a dynamic code with a free shipping message, I have not applied this pop-up and my store had been running for a while..

Is it possible that you recently added a new third party app which includes a pop up that you may not have noticed? Also, what does the pop up say? If you could include a screenshot that would be super helpful!
Another possibility is that the Turbo theme may come with a pop up built in that you could have enabled without realising it. One way to check this is if you go to Online store and click to Customize your theme - on the left hand side in the sections, check to see if there is anything that could hint at a pop up.
If you haven’t added any apps and you’re not sure where to find this in the theme, my next suggestion is that you contact the developers of the theme directly to have this looked into. Because this is a third party theme, it is out of the scope of our own support, but I have found a contact for this theme on their developer website here. They will be able to look into the code and see why this could be happening.
You mentioned that your store has been running for a while - how are you finding Shopify so far? Please do tell me more about your business and products, I would love to see if there is anything else I can suggest!
