I’m using Dawn theme for my store and want to remove arrows (marked with red on picture) from the options value of the product.
Can anyone advise, how to proceed?

I appreciate that you have let us know which theme you are using as that is very helpful! I do want to bring to your attention that if you remove the drop down arrows on the variant options, some customers may not notice that the product has additional options available.
I took a look into the options available using the Dawn theme and noticed that removing the arrows from the variant drop down is not available using the Theme Editor. In order to make this change, you will need to make a change of coding to the theme. Since the Dawn theme is designed and supported by Shopify, we can use free design time for Shopify themes to have our internal team make the changes on your behalf.
If you would like to use the design time, you will need to login to your store using the Contact Us page. This will allow us to securely verify you as the store owner before speaking directly with a Support Advisor about the changes you would like to see.

Actually, we don’t need this options, as our products have no options. We just like the align of the text as it is and the triangles, that are around this texts.
If it is possible and you can provide us with the correct code, we can try to change it on our own.
