How to remove automatic email from Klaviyo

Hi everyone,

I created a competition landing page via Pagefly app and used Klaviyo sign up form. I created my list and email flow but when someone enters the competition they get sent a “Confirmation to subscribe” email, even though they are already ticking a box to say they would like to receive marketing emails and are clicking a subscribe button. I don’t know what I’m missing or doing wrong.

I’ve tried contacted support twice but it cant catch them at the right time and they haven’t responded to my email yet. Could anyone help me???

This is PageFly, I’ve just checked the issue you have and it seems that this is the issue from the Klaviyo app because in PageFly, we just help to display the Klaviyo on live view, all settings you need to check in the Klaviyo app, did you contact them or contact PageFly support?
