How to remove borders in sections in across shopify store or in select pages?

How can i remove borders between sections that separate each section where the contents of each section does not blend?

For example: if I add an image banner section then a collection list section with the same theme colors, the sections divide/cut with a border instead of connecting seamlessly. Is this even possible
