I wanna remove my credit card completely from billing section, there is no option to remove card, we can only change the same.

You will need to have a credit card attached to your account as it is a subscription service. Is there a reason you need to remove your card and can’t switch it to a new one?

Thanks for you reply, I started the drop shipping activity with your platform since last month but due to professional engagement, I am not getting time to look into this.
Hence, you are requested to remove the credit card so that subscription will not deduct and kindly close my store.

Thank you for your reply and for providing that information.
You can close your store on your end by following the steps below:
Click Deactivate store.
If applicable, review the options to switch to the Pause and build plan, or start a new store.
If you still want to deactivate, then click Deactivate store.
Select a reason for the deactivation, and then click Continue.
Enter your password, and then click Deactivate now.
Once you close your store, you will be charged your final amount, and if you don’t owe anything, you will no longer be charged.

I have deactivated my store, there was no outstanding balance for making payment, but i just want to confirm that as Shopify has my credit card detail, May be they deduct the next month plan charges by mistakenly.
I request you kindly ensure not to deduct any balance as the store has been deactivated.

If your store is closed and you have paid the final balance, we will not charge your card on file.
