Support as usual has been useless on this issue.
Only option they have is turning them all off.
How do I remove the dates on the post office options or add the word estimated?
People seem to think this is some sort of guarantee, really the only guarantee is the post office sucks and it will get there when they feel like it.

Dave has already offered one way around this with ShipperHQ - you can also try some other solutions like Starshipit (also available in the Shopify App Store).

@JustinNJ , the Calcurates app gives you full control over estimated delivery dates. You may customize texts around the dates, append additional days for order processing, set cut-off time and non-dispatch dates / days. You can even condition additional days for order processing.
