How to remove estimated taxes in the sale screen for customers in same country?

Hey everyone,

How do I remove the estimated taxes charges on an order if it is shipped in the same country?

I have already taken into account the tax I need to pay in the product so cant charge the customer extra taxes, especially if shipped in the same country - every other sales platform does not have this feature or I can turn it off for my country.

Any help would be great as I find the forum/help quite complicated to understand as new to the platform

Hey Crossandthorn,

Try going to Settings → Taxes and Duties → Regional Settings and search for your country. If it’s turned on, click onto the name of the country and try seeing if you are set up to collect VAT in your country. If so, try to remove it.
