How to remove FAQ and Promotions from individual products in Editions theme

I have set up my online store using the Editions theme. Mostly this looks OK, but I have two remaining problems I can’t solve, both within the individual Product view:

  1. I cannot remove the FAQ section from the bottom of the page. I don’t want it and it’s empty, but I can’t see where I can remove this completely

  2. Just below the FAQ there are 2 promotion banners / boxes that I also can’t remove. They are empty (I haven’t set a promotion up, and don’t want to) and misleading, but I can’t find an option to remove them

I’ve tried everything I can think of within the theme’s Products view, and combed through the Community posts, but I can’t find options to simply delete / remove both of these from the individual Products.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received!

Hi Annadowdart,

You’ll need to open the Theme Editor, visit your “Default product” template (or whatever the name of your product template), and then hide the “FAQ” and “Promotions” blocks that the Editions theme includes by default.

Thanks Tobe. I think I already did that as i don’t have promotions and FAQs anywhere now, apart from they are still appearing in each individual product and I can’t figure out how to remove those as the products are added via Shopify admin and there doesn’t seem to be a way of editing the product page via the theme editor. Any more thoughts?
