Is there a way of removing free shipping when a friends and family discount code is applied to the order?
If free shipping is a standard thing on your site, no.
If that free shipping is code based you could not allow the combo when you set up the family discount code.
The free shipping is currently set up to apply for orders over $175.00. How do we “not allow the combo” for the discount code? What are the steps?
On the coupon you created for the family discount you need to select not to combine.
But like I said if your “free shipping” is configured in the shipping options this will not work.
You would need to switch your “free shipping” to another coupon for that to work.
I’ve never used a “free shipping” coupon so not sure how good that is to begin with.
