To remove that text, first check to see if you have anything in the Online store > Preferences section when you scroll down to Password protection, it should look like this:
If this appears empty, next check your Online store > Themes and click into Actions > Edit languages to open the menu where you can edit the text in all different fields across your website. If you’re finding it hard to locate that specific phrase, try to do a ctrl + F search and type in the phrase that you want to remove, - this will highlight it for you and help you find it faster:
On another note, what are you planning for the launch of your store? Are you looking to run any ads for this time? I see! It is possible that this needs to be changed within your Theme editor.
What theme are you using? To check if you can remove the image and text there, you need to first go to Online store > Customize, then at the top of the page, click on the dropdown that says Homepage, from the list select Others > Password:
From there, on the left side menu see if there are sections you can edit, and if this includes text and an image. If you’re not sure, please send me a screenshot of what that looks like for you from inside the theme editor and I will see if I can point you in the right direction!
