If yes, this may be possible to edit within the theme code. If you can let me know which theme you are using and I’ll be able to advise of further steps.

Yes, it is this is a newsletter subscription confirmation page and also the same appears when you click unsubscribe.

I tried to replicate this issue within Prestige (Allure) theme. However, I’m not seeing the exact formatting of the newsletter subscription confirmation. So I tried both with newsletter footer block and homepage section. The screenshot below shows you what it looks like on my end.
Can you ensure that this newsletter section is not coming from an app you may have installed? Also, as Prestige is a paid third-party theme, feel free to contact the theme developer to see if they can complete this customisation for you. Also, you can post a job on the Shopify Experts Page and see what feedback and quotes you get.
