How to remove TBD from product price section?

I want to remove the TBD for my product into the price section I can try it by my self but its not change its show TBD again

We ship exclusively LTL, so each order placed requires a manual freight quote to be emailed to the customer for approval. So, I’m looking for a simple script that I change the shipping charge shown on the cart and checkout pages to say TBD instead of $0.00 or Free. Any ideas on how to do this?
