Hi, I am using the Craft Theme, When I add a featured image (which shows as the thumbnail in my blogs list), it also adds the image to the top of the actually blog post. I don’t want it to show there. Is there a way to turn that off in the Craft theme please?

You can try to follow the steps below to hide the Featured Image from blog post. Please go to the Blog Post in you Theme Editor, on the left panel, locate the Featured Image block and hide/remove it. If you only want to remove the Feature Image for specific blog, consider remove it for the specific blog in from your Shopify Admin. You can take a look at the attached images to see how it is done.
