Can anyone tell me how to remove it please?

Hello @ANGELA666 ,

Follow this:

  1. Navigate to Online Store->Theme->Edit code
  2. Open theme.liquid file → Then find youpay-css code and remove it.
  3. Save it.

Thank you

Hi there @ANGELA666 !

Thanks for sharing your query and a link to your store with us here.

I was able to check out your site from here and can confirm the behaviour you reported.

Would you recently have made any changes to your theme code yourself, possibly in order to add a third-party app to your theme?

If so, it’s possible to revert code changes to .liquid files by selecting to roll back to an earlier version of that file.

This would allow you to go back to a version of that file before any coding changes were made and can help to resolve issues like this.

I would also always recommend making a copy of your theme before any coding updates you make so that you have a ‘safe’ copy to fall back on at any time.

If you’re trying to add an app to your theme’s code here, you may be able to get assistance with this from the app’s developers.

Try checking on the app store page for contact details or, for installed apps, you can click on ‘get support’ from the app page in your admin itself.

Are you currently running any marketing for your store, or have you already established good levels of traffic?

Excellent, glad to hear that!

I’d keep in mind the ability to make a copy of your theme moving forward, as it’s a super easy way to save your theme’s state so you can pop back to that whenever you need to.
