Hey everyone, I have met a headache problem recently.
I just realized that my store has 2 pixels running.
the old one we don’t use any more, this one created by A Business Manager of Facebook, and this A BM is restricted by FACEBOOK already, can’t use any more. so now we don’t have right to remove this pixel in Facebook sales channel.
and the new one now we are using is running the Facebook Ads, we fixed it in the Shopify Moulds code ,this is the new one we want to use.
coz of this 2 pixels exsit, it makes my FACEBOOK ADS data confuse.
I really want to delete the old one in the Facebook sales channels. but it can be deleted by ourself.
Anybody knows how to solve this problem? Attachment is my screenshot of the old Pixel position i want to delete.
I tried to get in touch with Shopify service center, they told me this sales channel intergrated by Facebook, so they can’t help us. they ask us come back to FACEBOOK service team.
