How to Remove The Pop Down Notification Box , Please Help!

When I add an item to my cart and later change the number of the same item in the cart, I cannot proceed to check out. There is always a Notification Pop Down Box, which says “Cart Needs to Be Updated”. I do not want this notification box. Normally, I should be able to add the item and proceed to check out. But I can not do that. Either I have to go back and add the total number of items I wanted in the first place, or after changing the items in the Cart I have to refresh the website to proceed without any problem.
