Hi all,
I want to remove a Shopify Bubble Icon which also expands out into a screen wide banner that has appeared on my website when I added a Facebook Messenger Icon Bubble to it.
Does anyone know how this Shopify Bubble con can be removed?
I have attached some photos of what I am explaining so that it is easier for everyone to understand my problem issue atm.

I checked your store I am unable to see that shopify bubble.
Are you checking this over duplicate theme?

I think that you are probably correct on the duplicate theme issue as I checked out what you mentioned with someone else who I know on his computer and you are correct Shopify Bubble does not appear on his computer screen either when he access the website address.
Do you know how to remove it from my screen or because now it is a duplicate over again it cannot be removed?
Not really a huge issue if I cannot remove it as long as it is not showing up on everyone else’s computer screen when they access the website address.

Thank you for your help on the Unwanted Shopify Bubble and Banner issue that I have posted for help on this Shopify Discussion website it has been most helpful to me.
I have also worked out now that the bubble and banner are a quick access feature probably added by Shopify for me so that I can quickly edit my websites.
I will also try your solution out to remove it as well if I think that it is necessary in the future, my main concern was that it was not showing up to everyone who visited my clients website online which luckily enough it is not doing so atm.
I really appreciate your help on this matter.
