How to remove 'via shopifyemail.com' from emails sent through custom domain based email address

Hi..

I bought a domain for my Shopify Store. I also purchased custom domain based email address from Zoho.

I have edited all the CNAME and MX Records in DNS Settings which are required for authenticating sender email address.

Also, the sender email (in Store Details Settings) is not showing any kind of Alert Message, like, “Emails you send may show up differently in some customers’ inboxes.”

But, still the mails (e.g., mails for order confirmation) show up ‘via shopifyemail.com’ in my inbox.

Someone kindly help me FIX this problem.

Solution: Discovered it myself :grin:

If above is the case for you, then ‘via shopifyemail.com’ will be removed automatically after 24 hours, provided you have authenticated your ‘custom domain based’ sender email address correctly by entering the required CNAME and MX Records in your DNS Settings.
