I had added a custom code to my header page in my Shopify theme to display a looping video.
The code:
Your browser does not support HTML5 video.
This code works very well on some android and IOS devices, but it is displaying the control button on two different iPhones I tested on. Like the image below:
Please can someone help me solve this issue?

We have checked for this issue in real system and browserstack but it is working ok. In which system configuration or browser you are checking?

Hello, @KetanKumar I discovered that the issue is with iPhone X.R. devices (the video doesn’t play automatically), but I haven’t found a solution yet.

Not sure if anyone is still looking into this but I’ve had an issue in the past where this happens on mobile for iPhones that are on Low Power Mode
