Hi @kkayleighh , kindly provide your store URL please and if it is password protected, please share the password as well. Thanks
Hi @kkayleighh
Can you kindly share your store link (with the password, if any) with us? We will check it and suggest you a solution if possible.
My website is junojane.co. It is not password protected but the theme I am using is a different one, and not yet published.

I can figure out a solution by looking at the published website; if you don’t want to publish, then use the image banner’s custom settings for help.
For example like this:
Check banner height
Uncheck container desktop

Truly welcome @kkayleighh
Yes! First, try changing it with these custom settings. If it doesn’t work, then the last option is for me to provide the code. Just remember, I can only provide the code once you share the published URL of the website.
Thanks!
Hi @kkayleighh , thanks for reaching out.
Regarding your request, I checked and recommend you publish the Theme to check further.
I hope my information is helpful to you.
