The review section is not a native feature of the Venture theme so it is most likely this is being set by an app. Do you have any Shopify or Third Party review apps on your store? This is where you would need to turn off the feature depending on the apps functionality.
I would also like to provide you with resources on social proof to take advantage of. Here is a Shopify Blog explaining the value of Social Proof and ways to utilize it. Social proof will help build trust and credibility, making it a great asset to work alongside Product Reviews. Are you currently utilising Facebook and Instagram ads for your store?
