How to reply to customers questions for the app?

I have been receiving questions from customers regarding our app to my email.

How can I see all these messages and reply?

In order to respond to any comments/reviews left for your store, you can go through to the following -

  1. Log into your Partner Dashboard.
  2. Click on App > Name of the app.
  3. In the App actions drop - down, click View Shopify App Store listing.
  4. Head to your Reviews section and click Reply.
