How to report a fraudulent online store?

If you have placed a order with Glemskn i am reporting this as a fraudulent site. I placed an order with them back on 11/3/22 and have not received the order , nor a response to my inquiries about my order. Then I received an email asking for a review saying the package was delivered. So i begin investigating and find out that the tracking number attached to said package was for someone elses order. Not even the product that i ordered. however they attached the tracking number to my order as if they had in fact sent what i ordered. I created an account to notify shopify and shoppers because they have shopify listed under their credit cards. I will be finding out more information . However my first step is notifying others so they do not make the same mistake.

For some context, think of Shopify as a mall where anyone can use our platform to create an online store and buy a space. We don’t handle the products, payments, or shipping- we just provide merchants with the tools they need to sell online. To protect the privacy of our merchants, we are unable to verify if a certain store is using our platform, but you do have alternative options here for sure! I’d suggest filing a report at this link with the order details so that our internal teams can take a look into it further.

Have you reached out to your bank/credit card company or PayPal at all about a possible refund? They will be the ones able to suggest the next best steps and begin the processes they have in place. I also wanted to share our Buyer FAQ page here too, which might be helpful.
