How to reset default font size forms shopify

I don’t know what I accidentally touched that made the font size of the form ultra small.

Follow the below step to change default font size of the shopify store
Go to online store → themes->customize → Theme setting option-> Typography

you can see in above pic where you can change your body and heading text of the site.
