How to reset shipping settings to default in an online store?

Thank you for reaching out to the Community. You can certainly reset the shops shipping if you’d like to start fresh, by deleting any current rates, profiles and shipping zones. To achieve this, you can head into Settings > Shipping & Delivery where you’ll see the option to Mange Rates to delete any existing Shipping Profiles, Shipping Zones, and Shipping Rates,

More specifically, you can look to the following steps below:

Delete a Zone:

  • From the Shopify admin, head into Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
  • Next to the shipping profile where you want to delete a zone, select Manage Rates.
  • Next to the zone that you would like to delete, select the ... button.
  • In the drop-down menu, click Delete.
  • Click Save.

Delete A Rate:

  • From the Shopify admin, head into Settings > Shipping & Delivery.
  • Next to the shipping profile that you would like to delete a rate in, select Manage Rates.
  • Next to the rate you would like to remove, click the ... button.
  • In the drop-down menu, click Delete Rate.
  • Click Save.
