Hi there, my header image works on desktop but does not work on mobile. is there a way to make it resize only on mobile?

Do you mean the banner header? If its attach the image it wont change anything. It should attach to the banner header not the image.
You can add block for text.

Yes, that is what I mean to. It would be hard to fix the alignment or the size of the title if its attached to the image. But you can try to add some width and hieght of it.
