How to resize and bold the heading tittle at the tracking page? - Dawn theme

Hello friends and thank you for your help!

I have this very big heading tittle of my tracking page (Pic bellow) . I want to make it smaller and bold. I have created a page and entered the following code to be able to create the page (all below)

I cannot see the code of heading “Track order”. So please provide me full code. Of you change share the store URL.

Actually this is the full code at the admin - online store - pages - Track order

You need to check in the app setting either there is permission to make the heading resize or Bold.
