How to resize image of "image banner" section

Hi There!

How to resize image of “image banner” section, in theme editor. As you can see at the below picture, the image is way wider than the upper content, and there is no option to resize it. The theme being used is “studio”. It requires coding.
Anyone can help with? Your attention is highly apprecaited. Thanks!
