Hello everyone I am just here to ask about this url problem I am having currently I bought the (.store) url just it seems to not have work because every time I try to cornet my url it says it’s not registered with me even though I have bought it and says that the url still there to buy but when I go to my billing it says I have bought it and the money have left my account but every time I type in the url into google or Safari it come up with an error page or can’t find this sever page and even reloaded my Shopify page a bunch of times it still haven’t worked also I just recently seen some else have a similar problem as me on here so idk what the problem is trying to see if anymore people are having the same or similar problem as me. please reply or respond if you have a solution.

Thank you for reaching out about this issue. Did you buy the domain directly through Shopify, or was it via a third-party domain host? If you feel comfortable, would you mind telling me the full URL of the domain in question?
The full url of the I Purchase was dropcase.store

Did you attempt to buy the domain from Shopify directly? I did a public lookup of the domain and I did not receive any results for dropcase.store; this would indicate that the domain has not been purchased yet.
If you believe you have purchased the domain, from either Shopify or a third-party domain host, have you been billed for the purchase of the domain yet?
Hi I have a problem whit my Homepage URL, for this, sometimes it generates strange URLs that redirected my visitors to the old theme or to a nonsecure Homepage,I make a test whit other people and when they click my URL in TikTok, for example, they are redirected to a 404 site,i speak whit help center but they said they send to the developer team the problem, but no answere.Can somebody help me?

Thanks for reaching out. These links appear when you have previewed a theme on your storefront, and can be shared with others if you want them to be able to see a preview of your store. However, unless you share this link specifically, customers visiting the site should not see this. It’s likely that your browser has saved this preview and is showing you this when you go back to the site, but this does not reflect what customers will be seeing.
Can you please try accessing the site in a private or Incognito window, please? You should be seeing the actual storefront rather than the preview when you do. You can read more about previewing themes here.
