How to resolve Facebook and Instagram configuration issues?

Hi,

I’m trying to connect Facebook and Instagram for the second time as the first one it had issues with Instagram.

I’ve contacted Meta team many times but they didn’t find a solution to my problem yet (they are 2 months that I’m trying).

As they told me to disconnect the shop and try to connect it again, now the problem is that Shopify recognize an active commerce in my business manager but I’ve deleted it so I don’t know how to proceed.

Meta doesn’t give me valid solutions and I want to cry as there’s all my working life in my Instagram account of my shop, many money spent so I don’t want to start all again.

Please for those who know how to solve this, help me.
