How to resolve issue with newly bought Shopify domain already connected?

I recently bought a Shopify domain, but when I try to connect it says it’s already connected to another store…

You mentioned that you’ve purchased a Shopify domain however when trying to connect it, it states it’s connected to another store. Rest assured, I’ll do my best to guide you in the right direction to have your domain successfully connected.

In order to have this looked into, you’ll need to contact support through the Shopify Help Center. The reason I suggest this is that your account will need to be authenticated so our team can take a look at the billing history for your domain and ensure the domain subscription is active.
