How to resolve issues after deleting an app from my product menu?

Please make sure you have removed all app’s residual codes after uninstalling it.

Also, you should contact the app provider to check and resolve related issues quickly or contact Shopify support

  • Go to Shopify Help Center and log into your account.
  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and select “Continue” under "Get support."
  • From there, you can contact our team directly.
    The Shopify team will check and help you connect the app provider too.

It sounds like there may be a code snippet left in your theme from the app you installed. With this type of issue, it is best to contact the app developer as they will know what coding was left by that app. If you want, you can send a screenshot of your product and menu where you see a problem, and I can see if there is something we can do together to fix it, but it would be best to contact the app developer.
