Hello!
I just set up and customized a gift card and everything works fine except for troubles with the localisation.
I sent myself test mails for both the German and English gift code mails. The German one (local language) worked perfectly fine:
and when I click the link the page it also looks as it should:
The English mail is fine except for showing me the standard picture instead of my custom design:
Which is an issue I could live with (but if you can tell me how to change it, I’ll gladly take it), but when I click on the link, I get the German version of the gift code page again.
The link says “preview?shop_route_locale=en” at the end but it still doesn’t work.
I use T Lab for my translations which works perfectly fine for anything else. I also checked if there are English translations for the gift card text in the app and there are.
I can’t really use the gift card option if it won’t work for my non-German speaking international customers. Can you help me out?
If needed: my theme is Minimal.
