How to resolve Owl Carousel slider issue in Shopify theme editor?

Hello Everyone

I am using owl carousel library in Shopify for Image Slideshow but the issue is when i add new section of Slideshow in design mode (theme editor). it will not displaying till i am not save the section. I am in serious trouble Please guide me.

  • Can you tell me more about what ‘Owl Carousel Library’ does for your in your store?
  • Can you tell me how and when you installed this application to your store? Based on my researching, this appears to be an entirely third-party integration with your Shopify store, which means it would have been downloaded outside of our Shopify App store. Is this correct?

Basically I install owl carousel through code. Copy the code of owl and install in our store. it’s a third party app not a Shopify app

Considering that the carousel was added via custom coding from a third party source. Shopify is unable to support issues with such a customization directly. You may be privy to this information already, considering your status as a Shopify Partner.

Since it appears you’ve copied this code from a third party soure, I recommend reaching out to the developers responsible for the coding, and the functionality of the tool provided by it, so you can make them aware of your issues. They should be able to advise you on how to remedy the issues you’re running into.
