Hi, I have a issue, my clients payments all say “Pending” on the Payout Status. Could someone help please, how to solve this .
One of two things is probably happening here:
1 - You may have your payment capturing set to manual. If that’s the case, then you’d need to click into their order and hit the “capture payment” button. For future orders, you can set the payment capturing for your store to ‘automatic’.

2 - Otherwise, you’re probably referring to your Shopify Payments payout schedule. Payouts (for money collected from your orders) are sent based on your pay periods. Depending on when you have your pay periods set, you’ll just need to wait until then, to receive your next payout.

It is on automatic payment capture, and I had it for all bussiness days,
now I changed to every friday to see if it does anything

If the above 2 points weren’t helpful, then your best bet would be to reach out to Shopify’s support directly, to have them take a look at things and provide further insights. They’ll have access to your store’s full back-end (including some things that even the store owner can’t see) so they should be able to get to the bottom of this and sort things out for you (or at the very least, confirm when a payment should be sent to you)! ![]()
