Hi, I’m trying to set up my domains I’ve bought, but it says SSL Pending? How do I get the domain to be approved without errors? can you help me? my domains are Nordicvibe.no

Generally, this can happen if 24 hours have not passed since adding the domain. Or, there could have been an error when you were setting up your DNS settings in your domain provider. First, I’ll ask you to review your domain settings. The following settings are required to ensure proper connection.

If your settings are correct, and 24 hours have passed, your domain could be stuck. No worries though, our team can sort that out. However, due to our authentication policy you will need to reach out to our live support team for assistance.

Please visit our Help Center and log in to your account to create a support request through live chat, email, or callback. Once you have logged in to your account, type your request in ‘Ask about a topic’, scroll down to ‘Get Support’, and then click ‘Continue.’
