hi all I need help with this issue. I’m based in Michigan this person also lives in Michigan. It charged the tax but didn’t add it to the total? How do I fix this?
Go to Settings > Taxes > look for 'All prices include tax’. If this option is checked, consider that the taxes were already included in the price, thus they don’t get added to the total.
Try removing the checkmark from the setting and perform a test order.
