How to resolve the 500 error occurring during searches?

When I search for the store address using the browser, it shows a 500 internal privoxy error.

This results in my store being unable to open on any browser.

Due to a lack of information, we’re unable to determine where the issue might be coming from. However, it’s possible that you’re using a custom domain, and Shopify’s DNS has not been added correctly or there could be conflicting records. We’d recommend double-checking your domain and ensuring that you’ve added both of our records (eg. A and CNAME record) to your domain’s DNS - Connect your third-party domain to Shopify manually. If you need help with adding or editing DNS records on a third-party domain, then your domain provider can also assist you with this.
